Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including all original tags and documentation.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
